I usually buy scrubs at Kleffel's They have a good selection of the Dickies Brand and they are happy to help you order your size if they do not have it! The prices are fabulous.
Kleffel's is the place to go to find the best fitting jeans. The have what you are looking for! Their prices aren't to bad either! Parking isn't a problem because they are located in a strip mall.
